APPLICATIONS
- Economical way to make 90° miter joints.  This is especially useful for doors that need to seal.  The miter connection allows for an uninterrupted t-slot to install the Sealing Profile, Part # 22.1011 into
Item 1) Miter cut 45 degrees & Mill an 8.5mm flat centered on existing hole. Then form tap M8x1.25, 1" deep
Item 2) Miter cut 45 degrees & c'bore Ø15mm hole, 15.3mm deep.  Drill 7.9mm thru. (note a very tight tolerance thru hole is important to stop the joint from sliding while the screw is tightened)

ASSEMBLY
-Insert the M8x30 screw thru the counter bored hole & tighten into the tapped hole on the opposing profile
- Insert screw thru clearance hole in part
- Tighten screw using 5mm hex key
